Jayme has worked extensively with David Wilkerson's ministry, World Challenge Inc., in New York City and Israel. Jayme has had the privilege to serve in pastoral ministry, counseling, heading up and teaching women's ministries, youth ministry, prison ministry, and street evangelism in the Middle East, New York City, Buffalo, NY and Michigan. Jayme started the ‘Upper Room Elijah Company' in New York to train, lead and take the body of Christ to the streets to reach out to those in need of their Savior. Jayme has now been asked to direct a Teen Challenge project here in Las Vegas, NV. The heart of this ministry has been one to reach out to those precious ones that are drug and alcohol addicted, prostitutes, those struggling with their sexuality, the broken and cast down, the mentally and physically afflicted and quite honestly, whomever the Lord has given the privilege to help. I believe that now, more than ever, is the time that the Lord desires to again carry on the call, to see the oppressed go free, to feed the hungry physically and with the Word of God, reach out to the poor, naked, and to rebuild that which has been broken down and laid waste. Aglow International is a Tran denominational Organization of Christian Women. HOT Pink Mamas Corporate Office became involved with “Las Vegas Aglow”. Several of its Founders are now Members of HOT Pink Mamas. Members are involved in various Aglow Programs such as… Pick It Up Las Vegas, Prayer Shawls, HEART, Las Vegas Prison Aglow Lighthouse, Living Grace Home, and more.

HOT Pink Mamas Founders, Wendy and Scott Ruby, had the privilege of meeting one of the most spiritually inspired men in Las Vegas, Editor of Global Reach Ministry, Moushir Manious. Global Reach Ministry has been able to support families living in Poverty. Most of the families have one or more sick parents that can't work or can't find jobs to support their children.
